Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Client Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their project controls staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
* Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to identify and attract top talent in the contract project controls sector, including cost engineers, planners, and project controllers.
* Full Recruitment Cycle: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
* Market Intelligence: Staying abreast of industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates alike.
* Collaboration: Working closely with our talented team of recruiters to share best practices, strategies, and success stories.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter within the life sciences, chemicals, or engineering sector.
* A degree in a science related discipline or an interest in the science and pharmaceutical sector.
* Strong understanding of the UK recruitment sector and able to show billing success.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional service.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a hybrid working environment.
