Job Title : Construction Fit-Out Estimator Location : Telford, Shropshire Salary : £50,000 - £65,000 (dependent on experience) Overview : A leading construction company in Telford is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Estimator with a background in drywall, ceilings, or interior fit-out to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of estimating processes and be able to deliver accurate and cost-effective estimates for commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities : Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes. Monitor project budgets and provide cost analysis. Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions. Conduct site visits and assess project scope. Collaborate with project managers to ensure on-time delivery. Required Skills & Experience : Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably with drywall, ceilings, or interior fit-out. Strong numeracy and attention to detail.
