We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our Sewer Response team in the Inverness/Strathspey Area.
What you’ll do
1. Resolve customer issues and keep them updated.
2. Carry out choke clearing activities on our sewer network and maintenance on sewer network infrastructure.
3. Conduct plant, equipment, and vehicle checks while prioritizing health and safety.
4. Accurately report using performance and productivity reporting systems.
5. Work independently and participate in a 1 in 4 standby rota for out-of-hours work.
What you’ll bring
1. Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and contribute to team goals.
2. Basic IT skills for using digital equipment and applications.
3. Report writing skills for clear and accurate communication.
4. A full, clean driving licence is essential for travel around sites in the Inverness, Strathspey, and Moray areas.
5. Experience with HGVs and Tachographs, and high-pressure water jetting equipment is preferred.
6. Understanding of health and safety principles for site working is beneficial.
7. Holding a CPC, HGV, CPCS, or NSRWA qualification is a plus, but not required.

The not-so-small print
This role is Grade 4 with a starting salary of £27,590, with performance-driven pay progression up to a maximum of £32,420.
