With a new showroom opening in Walton-on-Thames in January 2025, they are looking for a Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant to be part of their ambitious plans.
What we're looking for
You will be excited by the opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and enjoy the blend of sales and creating inspiring bathroom designs. You must be target-driven and able to work to quick deadlines. You will be confident in building your own pipeline, selling complex solutions, and building lasting customer relationships.
Ideally, you will have some experience in selling & designing bathrooms or other home design solutions; however, this is not a dealbreaker as other industries will be considered too. An interest in architecture, interior design, and/or home improvement is a must.
The Role
As a Bathroom Design & Sales Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for walk-in customers which you then convert into profitable sales. The main responsibility is to delight your customers with beautifully crafted bathroom designs, backed up by expert technical and product knowledge.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing rapport with customers to understand their requirements, style, and preference.
2. Maintaining an excellent product knowledge of our entire range of products and those of the wider industry.
3. Providing support in developing new project designs and assisting in visualising concepts utilising cutting-edge 3D and VR technologies.
4. Answering all web calls and converting them into single or multi-channel sales.
5. Ensuring that profit margins are maintained in accordance with our pricing policy.
6. Identifying trade opportunities and using outbound calling and email to build relationships and generate sales opportunities.
7. Collecting customer feedback, driving social media reviews, and continually undertaking market research for individual and company performance improvement.
