What You’ll Do:
* Lead & inspire a team of 40, ensuring smooth daily operations.
* Oversee staff restaurants, coffee outlets, retail catering, vending, hospitality & events.
* Manage budgets, drive financial success & align with client goals.
* Maintain high standards & deliver innovative, sustainable food experiences.
* Act as the key client contact, ensuring satisfaction & service excellence.
About You:
You must have:
* 5+ years in multi-outlet catering, retail catering & event management in a B&I setting as General or Operations Manager.
* Strong leadership & financial management skills.
* Passion for food, service excellence & sustainability.
* Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities.
