Lynx are recruiting for a well-established Construction company based in the Northampton are who are on the look out for a Junior Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team.
The Junior IT Service Desk Analyst will be providing technical support to end-users, ensuring the straightforward operation of IT systems and maintaining high levels of user contentment.
Below are the essentials for this Junior IT Service Desk Analyst:
* A minimum of 6 months in a similar Service Desk role
* Basic IT skills
* Experienced working in an office environment
* Customer service experience
* Driving licence
* Excellent communication skills
The role is based in their Northampton office and their hours are below which are rotated:
7.30am until 4.00pm
8.30am until 5.00pm
9.00am until 5.30pm
