You will provide direct support to adult clients and their families while leading a dedicated team of carers. If you have experience in tracheostomy care, ventilators, and multidisciplinary team management, this role is perfect for you.What Were Looking For:Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PINExperience in tracheostomy and ventilator care (within the last two years)Strong leadership and mentoring skills for supporting HCAs and carersExcellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, families, and the MDTBand 5 / Band 6 Nurses with experience in leadership and case managementA full UK driving license is essentialYour Key Responsibilities as an Adult Nurse Manager: Design and implement tailored care plans for individual clientsLead and coordinate the multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional careMonitor and assess clients physical and physiological needsOversee medication management and clinical interventionsBuild strong relationships with families and community teamsCollaborate with CHC nurses and CCG commissioners to enhance care servicesWhats in It for You?
