Description
As the Learning and Development Partner, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality learning and engagement materials. You will work closely with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to assess learning needs, design impactful training programmes, and support staff development across the organisation. Partnering with the Head of People, your key responsibilities will include:
* Designing and delivering engaging learning and development materials
* Equipping managers with the skills to better engage their teams and foster creativity among staff
* Reviewing and enhancing appraisal systems and mandatory training programmes
* Supporting the development of both operational and support staff under one cohesive L&D strategy
