FinTech RS are delighted to be supporting one of our national clients as they look to add a Helpdesk Analyst to their support team. This position has arisen due to growth and will work within an award-winning team that provides support to various companies within the private and public sectors. Responsibilities will include: · Be a first point of contact for clients · Liaise directly with customers and clients to support queries/tickets · Ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered too · Ensure that qualifications and training are up to date · Work with the ServiceNow ticket system Candidates should have excellent communication skills whilst having a can-do and customer service mindset. Knowledge of Office 365, Windows Server and Active Directly is essential whilst hands-on experience is beneficial. Interested?
