We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supply team in the BD5 area, supporting students across primary and secondary settings. Role Overview: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide one-on-one and small group support to students with a range of complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities. Your role will involve assisting in classroom activities, implementing tailored learning strategies, and helping students to build confidence and achieve their individual learning goals. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted support for students with SEN, adapting tasks to meet individual needs. Assist teachers with classroom management and engage students in daily activities. Implement behaviour and learning strategies to promote a positive, inclusive environment. Communicate effectively with staff and, where necessary, with parents and carers. Requirements: Experience working with SEN students, ideally with autism or complex needs. A flexible, patient, and empathetic approach. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
