This role is perfect for a professional with a business-to-business sales background, looking to play a key role in generating new opportunities and fostering lasting relationships with clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:
1. Generating and nurturing new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients, arranging meetings, and presenting tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ultimately securing new business and expanding the company’s market reach.
2. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients through consistent communication (phone, email, in-person), ensuring continued satisfaction, repeat business, and fostering brand loyalty.
3. Developing and executing a sales strategy.
4. Monitoring and tracking sales performance using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, record activity, and report on progress. Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform strategy adjustments and identify new opportunities.
5. Collaborating with internal teams to create and deliver targeted sales collateral, ensuring alignment between sales and marketing efforts to maximize engagement and success.
6. Representing the company at industry events and exhibitions, networking with potential clients and stakeholders, while continuously promoting the company’s brand and value proposition.
7. Reporting regularly on business development activities, providing updates on prospects, achievements, and performance metrics, and offering insights into trends and market shifts to senior management.
