Hours: 30 hours per week
Location of post: Neath Civic Centre
Workstyle : Hybrid working
We are currently looking for a Secretarial Support Administrator to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for –
The successful candidate must possess good typing skills, be highly motivated, organised and be able to work to tight deadlines. Experience of minute taking is essential, as it forms the main requirement of the role.
You must possess 4 GCSEs at grade C or above, 2 of which must be in English language, Welsh or Mathematics or an equivalent qualification. Attainment of, or working towards an NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration is desirable.
The ability to travel within Neath Port Talbot borough is essential.

Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.
