Role - Commercial Property Solicitor
Financials - £45,000 to £55,000 Base DOE

Experience
The client will consider applications from qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2-3 years demonstrable PQE.

Responsibilities
1. Advising clients on commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and developments.
2. Conducting due diligence on commercial properties, including title checks, planning permissions, and environmental assessments.
3. Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents related to commercial property transactions.
4. Providing legal advice on landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, and dilapidations.
5. Resolving disputes related to commercial property, such as boundary disputes, breach of contract claims, and lease disputes.
6. Liaising with clients, solicitors, government agencies, and other professionals involved in commercial property transactions.
7. Keeping up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations affecting commercial properties.
8. Managing a caseload of commercial property matters efficiently and effectively.
9. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings, if necessary.
10. Ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and other legal requirements in commercial property transactions.
