Salary: £28-33k per annum, depending on experience
Working Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, office-based
Benefits: 23 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years, free parking, pension

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
* Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Collaborate with the 1st Line Support Team to escalate complex issues
* Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and technical documentation
