We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our HR team on fixed term contract of 6 months. The purpose of this role is to provide support for the HR team to enable the smooth running of the department. The first point of contact to colleagues and line managers for HR administration queries. Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive HR administrative support, including updating employee records, filing, and maintaining HR systems Assist with recruitment and onboarding process Maintain and manage employee databases, including tracking holiday and sickness leave. Support payroll preparation by providing accurate data on absences and other relevant employee information We’re looking for the following experience or skills Experience of working in a HR shared service or team Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organisation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Outlook) Able to maintain confidentiality in accordance with data protection This is a great opportunity to gain further experience in a shared HR function as well as make impact in a growing organisation.
