We are seeking a dedicated and confident Teaching Assistant to join one of our valued partner schools in the Solihull area on a full-time basis. This role is available for an immediate start.
Pay Rate: £85-£95 per day
- GCSEs in English and Maths.
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant (TA) or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in a school or educational setting.
- Experience supporting or working with individuals with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
- Awareness of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) is desirable but not essential.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons and learning activities.
- Provide small group and 1:1 interventions to support students with additional needs.
- Offer tailored assistance to students with SEN and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Collaborate with teachers and the wider school team to maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Use your initiative to confidently step in to assist or lead activities when required.
