Role: Quality Communications Officer
Salary: £15.86 per hour
Salary info: Generous holiday entitlement, pension scheme (with 7.5% employer contribution) and optional group health cover.
Status: 10 Hours per week - Flexible hours
Report to: Quality Manager
Closing: 9am on Monday, 17th March
Location: Together Levenmouth Hub, 45 High Street, Leven, KY8 4NE
The post will work with the Quality and Results Manager to organise our approach to meeting quality standards.
We are looking for someone who can support the administration of quality functions as directed by the Quality Manager.
You will be expected to engage with the teams at all sites on occasion as well as external stakeholders.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
1. Produce and maintain electronic surveys, flowcharts, spreadsheets, databases, graphics, and occasional presentations.
2. Occasionally produce correspondence and documents.
3. Support the Quality Manager with internal communications by liaising with all BRAG colleagues to gather information and produce articles for BRAG monthly Newsletter.
4. Create and develop web-based content on a regular basis to keep the BRAG website up to date and relevant.
5. Work in close connection with our Promotions and Digital Media team to enable coordination across all BRAG media.

BRAG Enterprises is a Fife-based charity that supports people, primarily residing in disadvantaged areas of Fife, to gain the training and employability skills required to enable them to move into sustainable employment. We have worked for over 35 years with communities to improve their economic resilience. We also own business centres in Crosshill and Methil that act as Community Enterprise Centres where we rent out affordable business space.
The Together Levenmouth Hub is the first of our High Street regeneration projects, and we aim to bring growth to Leven and its High Street with plans to grow the Together brand across Fife, providing plenty of opportunities for the right candidate.
