As an Operations Manager at Halfords, you will be responsible for driving profitability and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our automotive service teams. With a focus on the customer journey, you will work closely with the Centre Manager to achieve business goals.
This role requires strong technical/maintenance skills or experience, as well as excellent communication and IT skills. You must be able to deliver coaching/training to colleagues, manage time effectively, and meet compliance standards across Health and Safety.
