Customer retention is key to success for our client within the e-commerce sector and they are looking for a coordinator to join the e-commerce team playing a crucial role in customer relationships and satisfaction. This role is ideal for a graduate with experience of email campaigns and comfortable in developing and monitoring customer accounts. You will identify areas of risk and put in place the strategies for customer loyalty alongside the e-commerce managers and buying teams. Key Responsibilties: Work with different teams to help develop solutions for customer loyalty Implement strategies and initiatives for campaigns, loyalty programs and email campaigns Use the data to identify risks and draw insights Work to continuously improve the company's retention practices Key Skills: You will have a keen eye for data driven insights and be analytical in your approach Experience using CRM systems a benefit Experience of implementing campaigns Comfortable in a fast based consumer environment Experience or degree education in business marketing, customer service, e-commerce or similar This role is based on-site in Derby five (5) days a week and has a salary of up to £27,000.
