Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Internal Account Manager at Supertouch in Smethwick. The Internal Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their needs, providing technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include handling orders, resolving issues, and coordinating with the external sales team.
Qualifications

3. Knowledge of health and safety products is a plus
