We provide more than 200 million meals a year to our 270-plus customers at some 120 airport locations around the globe Job Summary: Reporting into the Unit General Manager, the unit administrator works with the Unit management teams to support in carrying out the main administration functions for the unit. Main Duties & Responsibilities To implement the allocation of staff resources to shifts ensuring adherence to Company policy and working time regulations ensuring all issues relating to EU/UK legislation are adhered to. To be responsible for the documentation of weekly shifts. Maintenance of any records required for the business as delegated by the Unit Administrator or Unit Manager. Operational reports such as OPRS, WPRS,training matrix etc Administration of work day and staff attendance, leave and sickness and clearance of all exceptions after taking input of respective managers. Maintaining internal unit reports, such as absence, leave, welfare calls. Processing of airside passes Maintaining Driver records on Vision Telephone enquiries and HR administration Ensuring personnel files are up to date, in order and kept secure Printing of airline labels for the operation To ensure effective channels of communication at all levels so every member of the team is aware of the customer requirements and objectives and the part they play in the successful delivery of these requirements. To attend team meetings as required and ensure detailed. To attend all necessary training programs to develop your own potential and enable your progress in the company Supporting investigations/note taking Support with any other reasonable tasks and requests from the management team. Qualifications: Education: GCSE’s or Higher Certification in food safety preferred but not essential Work Experience: Previous experience in a similar role with a fast-paced work environment. Previous experience of taking meeting notes/minutes is essential. Other Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration) Excellent administration and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail Must always demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism Ability to work efficiently using own initiative to resolve issues Ability to build relations and manage diverse teams Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales, prioritizing as appropriate Proactive and positive/flexible attitude Working as part of a dedicated and passionate team of people you will be rewarded with free meals whilst on shift and free on-site parking and free uniform.
