Artura Claims collaborates with insurance companies/Brokers and Accident management companies to handle the repair management processes for vehicle claims, benefiting both our clients and their customers.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Repair Management and Intervention Handler located in Colchester, Essex with some work from home flexibility. The role involves daily tasks such as managing repairs, taking inbound and making outbound calls, and maintaining communication with all clients involved.

* Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
