What You Will Do
As Senior Bridal Sales Consultant, you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to brides and their entourage. This involves everything from assisting customers and selling products to handling payments and making sure that our stock is attractively displayed.
Your main task will be to help customers find their perfect wedding dress, accessories, and bridesmaid dresses, as well as any other products. You will also offer advice and answer questions, not just about the company’s products and prices but also issues like stock availability or advice on alterations where possible. As a Senior Bridal Sales Consultant, you will also support Bridal Sales Consultants through leading by example and providing guidance and advice as required.
A Bit More About the Role
1. Greeting and serving customers in a polite, friendly helpful manner.
2. Pro-actively offering advice and guidance to customers.
3. Helping brides into and out of bridal and bridesmaid gowns in a courteous and respectful manner.
4. Supporting the store to achieve its sales targets and KPI’s by focussing on personal goals and assisting Bridal Sales Consultants to maximise their sales techniques.
5. Assisting with escalated queries from customers and Bridal Sales Consultants to support the sales process.
6. Supporting the management team in the training of new team members.
7. Taking payments and operating the till and PDQ machine.
8. Ensuring customers leave with all relevant information, including requesting reviews.
9. Liaising with the management team to resolve any serious customer complaints.
10. Assistance with receiving, unpacking and organising new deliveries.
What We Can Expect From You
1. Previous experience in a customer facing role.
2. Proficient level of numeracy and literacy.
3. Previous experience in a sales role.
4. Previous experience in bridal industry is desirable.
5. Fashion or Design qualification desirable.
6. Tailoring or sewing skills are desirable.
