Salary: circa £65,000-70,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon skills and experience
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week

About The Role
As our Global Head of People, you will be leading the global People teams to ensure compliance, best practices and customer service is being delivered at the highest level. You will provide significant input to the strategic direction of the People team to deliver HR strategy, policies, operational plans and budgets. This is an interesting role with a wide-reaching remit and ability to impact positively on the lives of our colleagues across the globe.
What You Need To Have
* Demonstrable generalist HR management experience, with specific experience in workforce planning, reward, and talent management
* Deep experience in employee relations in the UK and overseas
* Sound HR experience in more than one country, with experience and appreciation of different cultures and jurisdictions.
* Working with both office based and operational staff in a variety of working locations
* Strong case management and decision-making skills
* Negotiating with trade unions
* Improving processes, procedures, policies, and practices through to customer service
