We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CDD (Customer Due Diligence) Strategic Change Manager at Barclays, responsible for driving high-impact change across the CDD landscape.
To succeed as a CDD Strategic Change Manager, candidates should have experience in:
* Designing and delivering strategic change within CDD, Know Your Customer, or Financial Crime environments.
* Managing Project Management Office functions and overseeing change work portfolios.
* Engaging and influencing senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
The role may assess skills such as risk management, controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and digital/technology expertise.
This position is based in our London office.
Purpose of the role
Manage the implementation of strategic change initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
Accountabilities
* Manage strategic operational changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, assessing impacts on people, processes, and systems.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and SMEs, to support operations and align with bank objectives.
* Develop and communicate change management strategies to ensure stakeholder understanding and adoption.
* Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness, utilizing data and technology for continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to change management.
* Provide guidance and training to stakeholders throughout the change process.

* Lead or support teams, define roles, plan for future needs, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
