1. Monday - Friday, 22.5 hours p/wk (working 4.5 hours p/day, Monday - Friday, 12.30pm - 5pm).

A leading supplier of healthcare products is recruiting for a part-time customer service advisor to assist in the daily operations of a regional dispensing centre, providing the highest standards of service to patients and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Handle customer enquiries and orders by phone, email, and in person; building rapport with both new and regular customers, as well as efficiently supporting community-based nurses.
2. Regular liaison with healthcare professionals regarding patient records and orders.
3. Accurately input and process orders, paying close attention to product codes and quantities.
4. Update patient files and databases - maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
5. Booking of appointments and delivery dates on behalf of patients and nurses.
6. Handling queries through to satisfactory conclusion.
7. Ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained within the branch.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Recent customer care experience and skills in handling enquiries, ideally within an operational setting.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Ability to build effective working relationships with the team and provide the very best customer care.
4. A ‘can do’ attitude, well-organised, tidy, and methodical approach to work.
5. Efficient administration skills and adherence to strict operational guidelines.
6. Efficient keyboard and Microsoft Office skills, with great attention to detail.
7. Healthcare sector experience is advantageous, though not essential.
