Our PFI contract provides 128 different professional services on all aspects of Property Management for our client.
Based at Merville Barracks in Colchester, we are recruiting for a Contract Services Auditor that will provide timely and accurate internal and contractual compliance audits in accordance with the contracted requirements.
This is a busy and varied role where you will be working with the HSEQ Manager and three contract service auditors to manage internal and contractual audits. You will compile monthly reports of your findings, interact with the client, provide support to operational units, and review policies and processes. Through this, you will be able to identify areas for improvement through analysis of audits and customer feedback.
You will ideally have an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification along with a Level 2 qualification in food safety and Level 2 IOSHH qualification in Health and Safety, as well as a strong background in internal auditing, quality, and soft facilities management. You will also need to be proactive, meticulous, resilient, and able to work under pressure. You will be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
This is a fixed site role, working Monday to Friday. However, you may be required to travel to satellite sites as and when required by the business.
