Financial Services Administrator

Reed Financial Services is proud to be representing an ever-expanding nationwide firm seeking a Financial Services Administrator to provide essential support to the Office Managers and Financial Planners. This role is crucial in delivering an efficient, high-quality, and compliant service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering full customer service in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
Day to Day of the role:
* Obtain provider information and collate client-specific illustrations to assist advisers with their recommendations and enable paraplanners to produce comprehensive reports.
* Run Risk Profiler results via FE Analytics and process new business following adviser handover.
* Ensure all compliance documents are on file prior to submission and submit to providers directly or electronically via platforms.
* Add plans and activities for tracking to completion, keeping the client advised of progress throughout the process.
* Assist with research and produce FE Analytics fund switch reports, including charges schedules, in line with adviser recommendations.
* Prepare valuation reports, supporting performance documentation for client review appointments, and review checklists.
* Prepare any required documentation for compliance or policy specifics, such as death benefit nomination forms.
* Issue half-yearly valuation reports to clients and provide Post Review Summary reports following adviser handover.
* Complete withdrawal instructions on behalf of clients/advisers as directed and ensure authentication processes are followed.
* Maintain accurate client data/records on the back office system and assist with client liaison and queries.
* Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, handling post, franking, and answering phone calls.
