Responsibilities:
Planning:
1. Ensures that work priorities and assumptions align with the program objectives
2. Minimizes opportunity for mistakes by building review time into plan
3. Creates a logical plan, realistic estimates, and reasonable schedule for an activity or project segment
4. Meets client expectations by ensuring that changes in scope or schedule are justified, covered financially, and agreed to by appropriate decision-makers
Execution:
1. Applies Accenture offerings and/or best practices to work
2. Properly documents and follows through on progress, issues, and agreements
3. Takes full responsibility when making decisions and taking action
4. Organizes and structures productive and efficient team meetings based on meeting objectives and format
5. Manages work within allocated budget
Problem Solving:
1. Quickly identifies or isolates the root causes of issues or problems
2. Suggests options for resolving issues and improving the quality of work
3. Provides solutions to problems for their immediate team, and may provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Risk Management:
1. Recognizes own limitations and asks for help when needed
2. Takes client's (internal and external) risk tolerance into account when making decisions
3. Proactively mitigates risk by identifying potential pitfalls and creating strategies to avoid them
4. Mitigates risk by proactively preparing for objections and considering the client's point of view
5. Ensures that implications of decisions are thought through and addressed, regardless of who has "official" responsibility
Communication:
1. Documents and communicates issues in an organized manner
2. Makes difficult ideas and concepts easy to understand

We are looking for experience in the following areas:
1. Experience doing similar work either at or outside of Accenture
2. Deep knowledge in an area of expertise based on experience
3. Strong project management skills and experience with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
