Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor – Exciting Leadership Role in Cumbria
Salary: £55,000 - £62,000 + Bonus + Pension +

Lead engineering and maintenance teams, ensuring asset integrity, availability, and reliability.
Drive maintenance improvements, aligning with operational goals and contract KPIs.
Oversee planned/unplanned maintenance, plant outages, and projects, ensuring CMMS compliance.
Implement and maintain effective preventative maintenance routines to manage risks.
Develop and maintain clear planning processes for maintenance, outages, and projects.
Monitor machinery performance, proactively addressing potential failures.
Provide technical support, training, and coaching to team members.
Manage projects in line with change management procedures, supporting client-led initiatives.
Act as Line Manager, conducting performance reviews and supporting staff development.
Support warranty claims related to premature equipment failures.
HNC in Engineering (or equivalent).
✔ Experience in engineering management within a multi-disciplined team.
✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical methods, materials, and equipment, including turbo expanders, rotating plant, and marine diesel engines.
✔ Passion for leading teams, problem-solving, and driving maintenance excellence.
