The Role We are looking for an experienced Control Centre Manager to lead our 24/7 control centre operations, managing a team of 10 operators across multiple shifts. This role is critical to our operational excellence, overseeing high voltage safety services, asset monitoring, and marine coordination for offshore wind projects exceeding 5GW capacity. This role reports to the Head of Engineering and is office-based, playing a vital part in our customer-focused strategy and digital transformation initiatives. Role Accountabilities Lead 24/7 control center operations ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence. Implement and maintain robust operational procedures, driving efficiency. Oversee implementation of safety management systems. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards. Coordinate with HV Technical Authority on safety governance. Develop and implement asset monitoring strategies. Oversee real-time monitoring and reporting systems. Drive continuous improvement in monitoring capabilities. Ensure effective marine operations coordination. Maintain compliance with marine regulations. Optimise vessel and personnel logistics. Manage control room staff recruitment and development, implementing training programs and driving high-performance culture. Deliver exceptional customer communication, ensuring readiness and preparation. Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience Degree in relevant engineering/technical field preferred. High voltage safety authorisation preferred. Good experience in control room operations. Experience in a similar role, managing teams. Offshore wind industry experience preferable. High voltage systems knowledge is essential. Control room management systems experience. Marine operations management familiarity desirable. Strong team and stakeholder management. Experience with crisis and change management.
