Hours: 37 hours per week working Monday - Thursday 8am - 4:15pm and Friday 8am - 2:30pm.

About the department:
We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department. Our team prides itself on investing in our people to deliver first-class property-based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned, and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety, and compliance.

Role Information
This role requires you to have a full, valid UK driving license (points/convictions must be disclosed).
Your skilled work in this role will be vital in keeping our residents and homes safe. You will carry out a wide range of domestic electrical tasks from responsive repairs, first and second fix installations, and periodic testing efficiently and quickly to maximize the performance of our essential, front-line service.

This role requires a fully qualified Electrician with relevant experience and qualifications. You should ideally have IEE 18th Edition or equivalent and NVQ Level 3, Part 1 & Part 2 in electrical installation or equivalent.
It is essential that you have the relevant up-to-date qualifications needed to carry out the role and that you can provide proof of these at the interview stage.
