We are currently seeking a skilled IT Test and Release Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Test Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of all testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of IT systems.
2. Release Management: Coordinate and manage the release of software updates and new features, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
4. Process Improvement: Continuously improve testing and release processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with software releases and testing activities.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing and release processes, results, and issues.
Qualifications and Attributes
Essential Qualifications: ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalent experience.
Desirable Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency in test management, release management, and understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience with IT Service Management software, specifically Service Now.
