Due to the continued growth of our business and our relocation to our new office in Blackburn town centre, We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Administrator/Negotiator to join our dynamic team. Ideally experienced in business administration or similar.
Role Description
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales and lettings departments by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between vendors, buyers, landlords, tenants, solicitors etc. and ensuring that sales and lettings processes run smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who is very customer orientated and thrives in a very fast-paced environment and possesses strong organisational and multi tasking skills. We are looking at a dynamic individual with drive and ambition to join our team to support the administration of our business with the potential to eventually develop into a full-time negotiator role.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the sales and lettings team, including diary management, process tenancy applications, preparing tenancy documentation, completing post move in documentation, completing sales documentation and progressing property sales and maintaining records.
* Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of sales and lettings activities.
* Maintain an organised sales and lettings CRM
* Liaise with other departments to keep up todate on the progress of sales and lettings and customer inquiries.
* Support the onboarding of new clients by providing necessary documentation and information.
* Organise property repairs and maintenance
* Negotiate sales/lettings
* Conduct viewings if required
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a high level administrative role, preferably within a sales and lettings environment.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
* Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with diverse clientele but not essential
* Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
* A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving capabilities.
* Self development to progress to a negotiator/office manager role
