Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our experienced Customer Support Team.
Main duties will include:
1. Taking sales orders for customers via the telephone.
2. Answering incoming calls and resolving customer enquiries.
3. Raising sales orders from purchase orders.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have a personable and professional phone manner.
2. Be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
3. Thrive in a busy atmosphere.
4. Have some previous customer service experience (desirable, but not necessary).
5. Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
6. Be IT literate and able to quickly learn new IT software.
7. Be hardworking and work well as part of a team.
8. Be available for an immediate start.
Working hours: 08:30 – 17:00 – Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch break.
Holiday: 28 days - including bank holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,325.00 per year
