Our client, a well-established Main Contractor specialising in Industrial and Logistics Warehouse New Build projects, is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. Having recently secured four new projects, the company is expanding its operational teams to support its continued success.

The Role
The successful Project Manager will lead a newly secured £15 million Industrial Steel Frame scheme in Essex, overseeing the full project lifecycle from pre-construction to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Manage client relationships, subcontractors, and stakeholders with a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
* Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance across the site.
* Monitor project progress, financials, and resource allocation.
* Drive team development and mentorship, contributing to the company’s ethos of internal growth.
Requirements
* Proven experience managing Industrial & Logistics Warehouse New Build projects.
* Main Contractor background is essential.
* Strong leadership skills with a team-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude.
* Degree in Construction Management or a similar qualification is preferred.
* Ability to oversee the full project lifecycle with strong commercial awareness.
