We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Director Project Manager that is experienced in the delivery of construction projects to join our Midlands Programme & Project Management Team. In this role, you will manage the delivery of large-scale capital healthcare construction projects and the administration of the building contracts. You will be responsible for working throughout all stages of the project lifecycle, in the capacity of Lead Project Manager. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, supporting the Regional Director in achieving business plan targets and developing a robust pipeline of projects.
We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience in leading project management teams within the healthcare sector. You should have the ability to face new challenges head-on and solve problems using initiative and experience. Flexibility and a willingness to travel frequently to support our growing team and meet client needs are essential. You should possess a high level of self-discipline, good time management, and the ability to work independently in a fluid environment.
