East Area Children’s Services are looking to recruit a Part-time, Band Team Manager within the Community Public Health Team, that of Health Visiting and School Nursing.
The Team Manager is responsible for the management and leadership of the Health Visiting and School nursing teams within the community, in order to ensure the delivery of a safe, high quality evidence based service for children, young people and their families.
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Health Visitor or School Nurse, with excellent communication skills, who meets the requirements of the Personal Specification and Job Description.
The post holder will have responsibility over the Flintshire/Wrexham area teams.
Main duties of the job
Operational management of all staff within the Team and delivery of the service on a day to day basis. To provide a high quality and evidence based health service and be responsible for the effective team development and management required to achieve this.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
