In this role, youll play a vital part in enhancing training and development. Working closely with key stakeholders, youll identify training needs, manage resources, and lead L&D projects that empower people and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities Partner with internal teams to identify training, coaching, and communication needs, ensuring resources are effectively managed for each project. Collaborate with L&D leads to design and prioritise projects, aligning resources with business needs to achieve impactful results. Establish and maintain governance processes within the L&D team, ensuring efficient capacity planning, risk management, and project delivery. Lead and mentor a small team of Resource and Support Coordinators, guiding them in the successful execution of L&D programs. Utilise project management tools to track, report, and ensure L&D initiatives meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Serve as an internal consultant on best practices in learning and development, staying updated on industry trends and sharing valuable insights with the team. What Are They Looking For? Proven experience in L&D or project management, with a background in managing multiple L&D projects. Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders at all levels. Solid understanding of learning theories and a passion for creating engaging, innovative learning solutions. Knowledge of leadership models related to communication, change, well-being, and team development. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas and inspire others. Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field.
