The Role: As a Customer Representative, you will be the face of the business, delivering excellent service to customers and ensuring their needs are met from enquiry to purchase. The Responsibilities: Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person with a friendly, professional approach. Providing product information and advice to help customers choose the right solutions for their needs. Processing and managing customer orders with a high level of accuracy. Maintaining up-to-date and organised customer records in the company's systems. Resolving customer queries or issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks and contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment. The Ideal Candidate: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and build rapport with customers.
