We are working with a large public sector client to recruit a Systems Analyst to join their team and assist in the support of the integrated financial management system and ancillary systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the Finance systems helpdesk, ensuring issues are resolved and logged with third-party suppliers as required.
2. Develop reports and dashboards.
3. Review, analyse, develop, and implement new systems and processes within the Finance Division.
4. Test fixes and changes to Finance systems.
Desired Criteria
1. Practical experience within the last three years in two or more of the following areas:
1. IT systems support and interfacing.
2. Managing a systems helpdesk and dealing with customers.
3. Implementing changes as part of a Project Team.
4. Identifying new, more efficient ways of working (e.g., process improvement).
5. Working in a busy transaction-processing environment using a software package.
