About the role:
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the management of interagency and Govhub work accommodation leases, residential lease administration, and central management of organization-wide utility budgets.
Your primary focus will be on the negotiation and management of Parks Victoria work accommodation leases to ensure delivery of fit-for-purpose, sustainable, and economically prudent work accommodation that facilitates the delivery of operational outcomes of the organization.
We're looking for someone with:
* Previous experience negotiating leases and managing state-wide work accommodation lease portfolios in both regional and metropolitan locations.
* Demonstrated experience monitoring and managing compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act 2017.
* Working knowledge of the Victorian Government Work Accommodation Guidelines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

About the branch:
The Facilities and Asset Management Directorate sits within the Infrastructure Division of Parks Victoria. The Directorate provides asset management services, environmental and heritage advisory services, built asset technical leadership, centralized asset monitoring and auditing programs, central administration of residential tenancy agreements, work accommodation guidelines and policy, vehicle fleet, and major plant and equipment management services.
