About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Onsite Trading Executive to plan and execute the optimisation of the brand websites maximising customer conversion, orders and demand.
This is a hybrid role working at least 2 days in the office with the remainder at home.
Role Responsibilities
* Supporting the Online Trading Manager with the day-to-day trading of the brands.
* Line managing 2 Online Trading Executives, coaching, planning workloads and carrying out 1-2-1's.
* Leading the planning of onsite content updates, delivering product stories aligned to our internal marketing calendar and content framework, working towards achieving weekly demand targets.
* Executing the onsite launch of key campaigns, contributing forward-thinking ideas to effectively execute them, partnering with the Digital Optimisation team to ensure customer journey alignment with a balanced brand and commercial mindset.
* Compiling accurate daily, weekly, and seasonal reports on trading performance including product categories, channel mix and onsite search, identifying onsite trends and opportunities to improve ways of working.
* Working with the Analytics and UX team to propose AB tests in line with your objectives.
* Using Adobe Analytics weekly to help optimize trading plans, product sales and customer experience.
* Performing weekly quality control checks to maintain high standards across the site.
* Leading project groups and bringing new ideas and propositions for improvements to the table. Instigating initiatives such as post-project reviews to include results, process requirements/improvements.
* Developing strong, collaborative relationships across all departments in the company, working collaboratively across all levels and functions in the business, especially Creative, Buying and Merchandising, Digital and Analytics teams, while creating an open line of communication to all members of the team.
* Committing to good outcomes for customers at all times.
* Complying with FCA regulations, where applicable.
* Demonstrating behaviours in line with our Company values.
* Taking reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself and other persons who may be affected by acts and omissions at work.
About you
* A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar ecommerce role.
* Analytical and strong Excel and reporting skills.
* Maths and English grade C or above, or equivalent.
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines with high levels of accuracy.
* An exceptional eye for detail.
* Highly organised with the ability to prioritise your workload and multi-task.
* Proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
* A dynamic team player with great interpersonal skills.
* Enjoying working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
* Able to commute to Bradford city centre.
Desirable
* Experience using Adobe Analytics.
* Degree in Marketing or Business studies or equivalent.
* Competitor knowledge and understanding in both retail and online.
* Line management experience beneficial.
