Project Manager – Highways/Heavy Civils
Salary: Up to GBP70,000 Location: Leiston, Suffolk
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in highways, general heavy civils, or road schemes to join a leading main contractor. This role offers the chance to manage high–profile projects, build strong client relationships, and lead teams to successful, timely, and profitable delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and programmes of work.
Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and project plans.
Oversee budgets and ensure profitable project completion.
Coordinate designs and build strong client relationships.
What You'll Need:
Experience with main contractors (highways, heavy civils, or road schemes).
Relevant qualifications (HND/HNC/BEng or equivalent).
Up–to–date SMSTS and CSCS card (First Aid is a bonus).
Strong leadership, communication, and team–player skills.
