About the Role: We are seeking dedicated and proactive Customer Service Advisors to join our Customer Service team here at Nexus. In this role, you will be deployed on the network carrying out exceptional Customer Service, which includes revenue protection duties and issuing penalty fare notices as required.
You will manage the safe movement of passengers during events such as concerts, the Great North Run, and football, ensuring crowd control procedures are followed and monitoring stations to identify and respond to potential safety hazards or security issues. This is a face-to-face role where no two days are the same.
