Pulse Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Nurse to join our dynamic and compassionate team for a prestigious NHS Trust based in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients within the community setting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain a safe and clean environment for patient care, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitor patients' responses throughout the care process.
3. Provide comprehensive pre-treatment and post-treatment care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
4. Collaborate with general practitioners, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.
5. Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, potential side effects, and self-care strategies.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
7. Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements:
1. Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.
2. Experience in providing nursing care within a community setting.
3. Strong knowledge of community health protocols, patient care, and safety precautions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
6. Proficiency in maintaining accurate and detailed patient records.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to work in various community environments.
