Entry-Level Workshop Assistant & Office Administrator – Full Training Provided

About the Role:
As a Trainee Technician & Mason, you will be trained in all aspects of masonry, including the operation of specialist machinery. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career, with full training provided to develop your skills in a niche and rewarding trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning to operate and maintain masonry machinery
Assisting with the preparation and cutting of stone materials
Supporting experienced technicians with on-the-job training
Managing paperwork, filing documents, and maintaining records related to masonry projects.
Assisting with scheduling appointments, coordinating project timelines, and communicating with clients and suppliers.
Inputting project details, tracking inventory, and updating databases.
Handling inquiries, providing information about services, and supporting client interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
A positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Good hand-eye coordination and practical skills
A genuine interest in working with stone and masonry
Adaptable as you will be required to work between the factory and complete administrative tasks in the office.
