We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Unit Manager to oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage units at our park, Chessington World of Adventures. In this role, you will be responsible for organising, directing, and evaluating the food and beverage service, ensuring maximum efficiency and high production standards. You will also play a key role in menu innovation and driving customer satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you must have hands-on experience in a high-volume, quick-service environment and be highly organised. You'll be accountable for your team's performance, including recruitment, training, and performance management. If you're ready to take on a dynamic leadership role in a thriving environment, we want to hear from you What’s in it for you: We are offering a salary of £ 37,860.36 per annum Free Merlin Magic Passes Company pension Discounted food Free parking MyStaff Shop discounts Generous Annual Leave, increasing in line with service, and the opportunity to buy extra days EAP in house mental health champion Qualifications and progression within Aramark A day in the life of a Senior F&B Manager: • Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service across multiple food units in the park. • Maintain equipment to ensure smooth operation and production. • Drive maximum efficiency and production. • Contribute to offer, menu innovation and evolution. • Be accountable for your managers’ performance. • Conduct regular, documented one-to-one meetings with your managers, setting targets • and goals. • Ongoing coaching and development of your team. • Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback. • Recruitment and training of staff. • Shift scheduling and rotas. • Ensure high standards of customer service. • Ensure KPI targets are exceeded. • Complete frequent mystery shop visits on units as requested. • Manage and respond to escalated guest complaints You'll be set up for success if you have: • Experience in an F&B role across multiple units. • Experience in a high volume, quick service environment. • Hands-on and highly organised. • Flexible availability: o Able to work weekends and evenings. o Able to work a variety of shift patterns to cover opens and closes.
