Training & Engagement Team Lead The role The Training & Engagement Team Lead role is about: managing and supporting a team that creates and offers bespoke workplace well-being training products, alongside accredited courses including Mental Health First Aid, for sale and delivery; maintaining a high-quality client and training experience throughout. The role works closely with income & engagement colleagues to proactively generate and manage potential sales or enquiry leads that will benefit Restore as an organisation. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following criteria. Essential Experience of income generation / reaching sales targets. Experience of successful team management. A collaborative, flexible, positive approach to working with others, problem solving, and maintaining a can-do attitude that resonates across the team. Experience of working in an autonomous and agile manner. Strong relationship building skills: with internal and external potential and existing clients. The individual should be able to build and maintain strong partnerships for Restore, and be able to champion the training portfolio and other Restore stakeholder interests too. Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with great attention to detail Able to prioritise effectively and manage expectations of stakeholders. Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
