Job Title: Document Controller
Location: Barrow-in-Furness (Onsite)
Salary: £28,636 + depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Collating manufacturing data for use by Operations, in alignment with Project/Programme requirements
* Supporting manufacturing customers by providing documentation for the enablement of submarine build
* Collaborating daily with Operations Leaders, Managers and Team Leaders to provide support with work orders
* Ensuring Manufacturing Engineering documentation complies with all relevant Safety and Quality requirements
* Utilising company planning tools and systems, such as SAP, to create document packs required for production
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
* Demonstratable document management experience within a highly governed and controlled environment
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
Desirable:
* Experience using SAP
* Awareness of relevant engineering and manufacturing engineering standards (including safety and environmental regulations)

The Pack Control team:
Join our dynamic team and drive the Dreadnought build through supporting the delivery of manufacturing engineering outputs. You’ll generate essential Operations data in our advanced factory system. Our team excels by interpreting Engineering design intent, exploring innovative options, and identifying the best methods for success. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
